The staff were very responsive and accommodating .

The rooms were dated with rusty bathroom fixtures and worn-out towels.

The place was clean, I booked the standard double room with harbour views, everything was great. I ate at a nice restaurant with good food. The location was great and unbeatable - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. I was surprised at nearby La Farina Bakery, they had some goodies, drinks...

I didn't want to say goodbye, had a pleasant experience and will choose the place for future trips. The hotel property was modern with quiet and comfy location right by the 4 mile long Malecon pedestrian " boardwalk ", and the malecon, where the restaurants are located. The staff were fabulously helpful the whole time of my stay.

More senior-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

Stylish, serene, lovely

The restaurant served delicious meals with beautiful scenery that took every bite to the next level. The lovely pool area and super comfy beds were perfect for lounging and relaxing whenever I needed a break.

Very good value at the Booked.net rate. Rack rate, a little steep. Lots of parking.

We had for rooms for one night. One room had a slightly loose lav seat. Another had the shower soap dispenser missing. Otherwise everything else was fine and very clean. Didn't check other guest reviews.

We had a nice stay with a lovely view of the marina and enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with fresh fruits. The margaritas by the pool were amazing! However, we did have some noise issues at night from the kitchen.

When they say they provide free Wi-Fi, it should be free and available for the time you are in the hotel. If problems occur, they should inform the guests of the situation and advise the steps taken to correct same.

The hotel's proximity to pie-dras y pajaros park, just over 2 km away, made it easy for me to enjoy leisurely walks with beautiful views, and the nearby dove of peace monument added a unique cultural touch to my explorations. While the hotel had comfortable amenities, the noise from adjacent rooms was a bit distracting.
